As I continue toward full registration with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, I am offering a number of no cost and pay-what-you-can forest bathing experiences.
Pay-what-you-can options help make these experiences more accessible while also supporting the sustainability of this work. Choose the level that feels right for you. Payment due by e-transfer by the start of the walk.
Email to register and to receive pre walk waivers and planning information.
Seedling: 15$ to $35
A lower cost option for those who need it to keep these walks within reach.
Mature Tree: $ 45 to $65
Reflective of the true cost of the walk and supports fair compensation for time, planning, and operating costs.
Nurse Log: $70 to $95
This option helps make the walks more accessible for others and directly supports lower-cost spots in the community.
I am currently in the process of completing my Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) Guide Training, Wilderness First Aid Certification and obtaining the relevant insurance and association memberships to safety and ethically offer Forest Therapy.
See you in the trees!

Narrative Roots Therapy

I descend from Irish settlers who colonized Turtle Island lands in the late 1800’s on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the îethka Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, Goodstoney), the Otipemisiwak Métis Government (Districts 5 and 6), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty Seven region of Southern Alberta. I acknowledge the ancestors of the land I live and work on as one small part of my ongoing decolonization work and (un)learning.
